Coon Creek Hunt Club offers a variety of membership packages

Coon Creek Hunt Club is proud to offer a wide variety of memberships and shooting opportunities for hunters and sportsmen of all skill levels and interests. In order to ensure the very best hunting experience for all of our members we offer a limited amount of memberships that are secured on a first come - first served basis.

From basic shooting and upland hunting memberships to corporate and premium packages, Coon Creek Hunt Club has a membership to suit your needs. Call us today to reserve your spot close to home!

Membership Type:
Basic Membership	$650.00/year - Does Not Include Pheasants
Additional Info: Does not include pheasants - you pay as you go Guests will be charged $25.00 each, no more than 4 guests at a time. 4 Bird minimum release PER GUN. Access to dog training grounds year round. Access to club house during open hours. Additional Pheasants cost $21.50/ea

Membership Type:
Individual	$1200.00/year -Includes 24 pheasants
Additional Info: Includes 24 pheasants Guests will be charged $15.00 each, no more than 4 guest at a time. 4 Bird minimum release PER GUN. Access to dog training grounds year round. Access to club house during open hours. Additional Pheasants cost $20.00/ea

Partnership $2500.00/year -Includes 60 pheasants

Includes 60 pheasants
Can be split up between 2 individuals.
Guests will be charged $10.00 each.
4 Bird minimum release PER GUN.
Access to dog training grounds year round.
Access to club house during open hours.
Additional Pheasants cost $19.50/ea

Membership Type:

Corporate / Premium $4000.00/year -Includes 100 pheasants

For simplicity reasons we have combined the premium package and the corporate package to create the most elite package ever.

Guests included at NO CHARGE.
4 Bird minimum release PER GUN.
Access to dog training grounds year round.

All bird cleaning is NO CHARGE.

**	A Valid credit card # must be provided at time of membership enrollment. The card will be used as the main means of payment for additional birds being purchased, any applicable guest fees, and in the case of a no show. (Member will be consulted prior to credit card being charged)
**	All hunters under the age of 16 hunt free (minimum bird release does not apply for kids).
**	There are no additional charges for over-bagging on released bird hunts. (Members Only)

* Payment of membership must be received by May 15th or
membership will be forfeited.

Rates & Fees

Guide & Dog – $100.00 + Tip ($20 per gun standard)
Once a hunt is scheduled guide fees are non-refundable. (NO EXCEPTIONS)
Bird Cleaning/Exchange – $3.00 per bird
Smoked Pheasant – $20/ea
Chuckar/Huns – $15.00/each
Member Tower Shoot – $225.00
Non-Member Tower Shoot – $250.00

Reservations:

Reservations must be made before entering the hunt club property. Reservations must be made by calling 847-603-HUNT (847-603-4868). All weekend hunts must be scheduled by Friday at 5 p.m.

Guided Hunts:

Reservations for guided hunts must be scheduled in advance. Once a guide is booked and paid for, the guide fee is non-refundable. No exceptions. In order to ensure the safety and enjoyment of the hunt for all parties involved, guided hunts are limited to only 2-3 hunters per guide. Guided hunts begin October 15th and run through the end of the season - April 15th.

Introductory Membership:

Coon Creek Hunt Club is a members-only club, but we do allow introductory hunts for the purpose of checking out our club for membership. All introductory hunts must be paid for in advance. Credit card information will be taken over the phone and charged.

No Show Policy:

Any member who does not cancel a reservation will be penalized the number of birds scheduled for release and the birds will be forfeited from their account. Please do not cancel by leaving a message on our answering machine. Applicable guided charges will also be billed if one was reserved.

Cancellation Policy:

Rain, snow, sleet or shine, all members are required to notify the club of any weekday cancellation at least 24 hours prior to the hunt time.

Due to our limited number of available reservations, all weekend hunts must be cancelled by Friday at 5 p.m. If not, the birds scheduled to be released will be forfeited from the member’s account. Applicable guide fees will also be billed if one was reserved.

Refund Policy:

No refunds are available and memberships cannot be transferred to other individuals.

Hours of Operation:

Morning Hunts: 8 am - 11:30 am
Afternoon Hunts: 1 pm - Dusk
Closed Mondays
Christmas Eve and New Years Eve there will be morning hunts only
Closed Christmas Day
Closed during opening shotgun weekend

Please Note: ALL BIRDS PURCHASED MUST BE RELEASED BY THE END OF MARCH AND DON’T CARRY OVER TO THE FOLLOWING YEAR.
